Forgot your password or need HR mail?

Your own mailbox

Ask Ubhay or the foundation's mailbox administrator to confirm your address and arrange a password reset privately.
Sign in here with your own address and the password they give you through a private channel. Never post a password on Fixboard.

HR or another team inbox

If the administrator has given you access to a shared mailbox, sign in with your own address, then choose the team inbox under Mailboxes. A shared mailbox has no separate password.

If HR is missing, ask the administrator to confirm your access. If the team currently shares one HR sign-in, the administrator needs to arrange named access first.

Campaign Studio has separate access. Ask the account owner to add your own account with the permissions you need.
